The Space
Maximum capacity: 50 guests
Provided for your use:

Solid wood trestle tables built by our son, Zachariah

Black wooden garden chairs (sorry, they don’t have an exciting story like the tables)

An outdoor ceremony site that features a lovely flagstone and gravel path from the house to a manicured patch of grass with a beautiful wooden arbor and benches built by our skilled craftsman and Alyce’s older brother, Reed

A heated garage full of yard games (great space for cocktail hour or hanging out)

Cost
1 C Barn's typical rental prices are $2,000-5,500 depending on the size of the event you’d like to host and how many nights you’d like to stay with us. Our weddings and other gatherings are almost always hosted as part of a weekend retreat.
Our minimum stay is 2-7 nights unless its during the week or an off season for us. We make these exceptions on a case-by-case basis so get in touch with us if that’s what you are hoping for.
