Plan Your Stay
As much as we love hosting weddings and other events, it’s not our only passion. 1 C is also a great place to enjoy a vacation with friends or family. It’s quiet and serene yet close to shops and local attractions. The private hot tub, inviting living areas, garage filled with games, and gourmet kitchen make it the perfect place to stay in as well.
Local Attractions
United States Air Force Academy: We love hosting cadets and their families for USAFA graduation, football games, or just visits. This is also an amazing place to visit if you’re staying with us for a vacation – 15 minute drive.
Fox Run Regional Park: Over 400 acres of walking and hiking trails nestled among stately pine trees plus open grass fields, playgrounds, two amazing ponds, and gazebos for picnics – 5 minute drive.
Palmer Lake: Cute mountain town with places to grab food, awesome hiking, and an adorable lake for fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking – 20 minute drive.
Monument: Nearby town where you can pick-up groceries and other supplies or check out the small shops, dining, and breweries – 10 minute drive.
